Set in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park the village of Tomintoul is the highest in the Highlands. Our restaurant is located on the Glenlivet Estate world renowned for Malt whisky production, stunning scenery and its unique wildlife.

The area is a hidden gem for all outdoor enthusiasts; whether your Salmon fishing on the Avon, hiking in our Mountains or cycling on our local trails - you will be made most welcome at The Clockhouse.

We offer contemporary, modern Scottish food for all the family created from premium locally sourced Poultry, Beef, Lamb and Game, stunning Seafood from the Moray Firth and Wild Mushrooms, foraged herbs and berries from the Glenlivet Estate.

The Lairds Sirloin Steak
