Set in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park the village of Tomintoul is the highest in the Highlands. Our restaurant is located on the Glenlivet Estate world renowned for Malt whisky production, stunning scenery and its unique wildlife.
The area is a hidden gem for all outdoor enthusiasts; whether your Salmon fishing on the Avon, hiking in our Mountains or cycling on our local trails - you will be made most welcome at The Clockhouse.

Drunken Fungus
A sumptuous blend of local Field and Wild Forest Mushrooms and fresh Gnocchi bound with our leaf Spinach and Speyside Whisky Crème Fraiche. (V) £13.95

Succulent breast of Chicken stuffed with our finest haggis, set on a Colcannon of sautéed Wild leeks and potato, drenched with our creamy Tamnavoulin sauce. £14.50

Orchard Loin
Seared marinated Chop of freedom Scotch pork, set on Rostii Potatoes, finished with a warm Bramley apple, Calvados and Cinnamon Sauce. Fresh garden Salad. £13.95
Homemade Deluxe Steak Burger
An 8oz Pattie of pure stone ground Scotch beef, flame grilled and topped with sautéed onions served in a toasted bun. Skinny Fries. £12.95

The Lairds Sirloin Steak
One of the best tasting cuts of Scotch beef, this one has been dry aged for twenty eight days so it melts in your mouth, traditionally garnished; cooked to your taste and served with Hand cut Chips. £23.95
